Only three consecutive albums, what was the peak of the Beatles and why?

In my opinion, the period from Help! to Revolver was their peak for albums, singles, looks, and basically everything else. John's getting that inspiration from Bob Dylan, Paul's cementing himself as a writer (Yesterday) and George is learning to fly with "Think For Yourself", "If I Needed Someone", "Taxman" and "Love You To".

I'm definitely expecting a lot of Rubber Soul to Sgt. Peppers, and Sgt. Peppers to Abbey Road--but I feel that period from '65 to '66 provided a perfect balance of cohesion, experimenting and inspiration, and what makes them so timeless. I feel Help! is incredibly underrated as an album outside of the hits, and the two albums after seem to build off of Help! and each other perfectly. Just straight Beatles magic in these three, being right in-between the boy band days (still get that pop feel) and the experiment days (still get a Norwegian Wood and Tomorrow Never Knows). The albums, singles, and the overall era succeeds in being adventurous while still immediate.

You can include Magical Mystery Tour (and Yellow Submarine if you really want to)

imo, the outro to i want you (she's so heavy) abruptly cutting into the soft intro to here comes the sun kills me--just kills me each time
