How can I press charges against a few individuals for civil conspiracy? One person has been orchestrating a few people to leave me out of work stuff, to not include me in things and other stuff. This has severely impacted my mental health and I was victim of targeted gang stalking for over two years. Many (I have screenshots) acted out of malice because one person told them to do so.

Is there a way I can file a lawsuit. Get my life back. And have them face the consequences of their actions?

I got to know 200 people were conspiring against me. I was severely VIOLATED and kicked out of work. I just regret ever having coming here. I miss my old life. It feels like I permanently changed. There's no justice

I’m a college student in India seeking advice regarding possible harassment, privacy violations, stalking-like behaviour, and institutional mishandling in my department.

Over the past 1–2 years, I became friends with another student (“C”) and shared personal information with her in confidence, including details about my mental health struggles, bullying experiences, social life, interests, and friendships.

Over time, I began noticing repeated incidents where:

- private phrases, jokes, or sensitive information I had only shared with her were later referenced by other students,

- people I barely knew approached me about personal matters they should not have known,

- students connected to her would suddenly become involved in my social circles and reference things I had privately disclosed,

- classmates and even faculty appeared to indirectly bring up topics I had only discussed with her,

- she repeatedly inserted herself into my friendships and social groups,

- and I began feeling constantly watched, discussed, or psychologically pressured.

This created significant emotional distress and confusion for me. I started doubting my own judgment and even sought therapy and psychiatric help because I genuinely wondered if I was imagining things. Multiple professionals ultimately told me I appeared coherent and that I was likely under severe environmental stress.

I also experienced:

- anxiety,

- sleep issues,

- emotional exhaustion,

- difficulty trusting people,

- worsening academic performance,

- and loss of interest in continuing at the college.

At one point, out of frustration and immaturity, I retaliated by signing her up for spam communications. I later regretted this and apologised for it. I understand that was wrong.

I have since blocked her and tried to disengage entirely, but I still feel unsafe and psychologically distressed around the environment. I recently decided to leave the college and apply for my transfer certificate.

I have already submitted a complaint to the anti-ragging authorities because I believe there was a sustained pattern of:

- breach of confidentiality,

- social manipulation,

- humiliation,

- spreading personal information,

- indirect harassment through peers,

- and behaviour that made me feel unsafe.

I also possess screenshots and evidence suggesting she monitored or followed aspects of my life outside college spaces.

My questions are:

1. At what point does this legally qualify as harassment, stalking, defamation, or intimidation under Indian law?

2. What type of evidence is actually useful in these cases?

3. Can repeated social interference and spreading of private information be actionable if done indirectly through others?

4. If faculty dismiss concerns without properly investigating, what options does a student have?

5. Would it be wiser to disengage completely and move on, or continue pursuing formal complaints?

I am not looking for revenge. I mainly want clarity, safety, and to recover mentally from a very distressing situation.

I was passive aggressive bullied at work. HR also joined in and took no action. She showed up at my workplace. Idk what to do anymore. Ppl who did things after being instigated by one person are now denying it. I wish I'd never met these ppl. I need help with a restraning order for stalking, harassment, lack of action of authorities etc.

I have been through hell and feel suicidal, I feel like getting justice and having people admit why they did the things would help me.
