Corporate firings and redistributing the workload
Our company is endlessly redistributing the workload to an already burnt out staff. The top dogs of course keep spending needless millions on whatever they come up with. Most recently, our admin was let go and this person's work given to me. I was already overloaded BEFORE, but now I have the entire workload of an admin assistant now as well. FML. If you say no, they just probably fire you because so many people have been fired lately or their entire department eliminated. Their work gets redistributed and now I see the chaos and mess everywhere across departments. Mistakes, overwhelm, people in bad moods. I hate this place.
