Looking for advice/insight

Was told I tested positive for HPV at my most recent PAP. I’ve been with the same partner for eleven years and we always use protection so it was a big shock. I’m just feeling a bit lost on what to do now.

The test was positive for a high-risk strain but negative for 16,18,45 and there were no abnormal or cancerous cells. I’ve never had visual symptoms.

Feeling a bit lost and just jumbled up with my own emotions.
What should I ask my GP?
Should I be doing something?

Diagnosed and feeling lost

My doctor called to let me know the results of my PAP yesterday. To be honest I’ve kind of blacked out half of what they said so I’m struggling but i believe the wording was that my Pap came back showing I have HPV. They didn’t say what strain or if the did I missed hearing it. They did say no cancer and sounded less concerned wanting me to get a new pap in a year.
I’ve been with the same boyfriend 11 years and we use protection always. I’m not sure how I could have it. My last pap was in 2021 or 2022 and everything was clear. My doctor said they only started testing for HPV in 2023 so is it possible I’ve have this over 11 years or could I have gotten it from somewhere else that isn’t sex related? Should I have another test done to make sure it’s correct or is it silly to even wonder if this is a false positive? Is that even possible for HPV?
I’m scared my boyfriend will think I’m not faithful and got it from someone else which isn’t true. I haven’t been with anyone else since well before him.
I’m just so unsure and also don’t know what to do with my doctor. What should I do next?
Was vaccinated when I was around 12.

Hidden Fees

This is more a rant than anything but flair is the worst airline I’ve ever dealt with.
I booked with flair last year during the air Canada strike, then cancelled when the strike ended and I got rebooked. I was able to get a credit with flair to use later, they took $400 as a cancellation fee which was hidden in the terms and conditions, which sucked but is what it is, I could have read better but was panic buying to get home in time for work.
I’m trying to plan a trip using the credit now and it’s insane the number of hidden fees they throw at you when booking. Tickets are $300 but then there’s the seat selection fee (which they make seem like a required selection) then the baggage fees since no flights offer carryon with base tickets anymore. Plus, the checked bags are actually cheaper than the carryon which is wild. Then in the final breakdown there are charges for “air traveller security”, “airport improvement”, and “transportation charges”. What is this!? Why am I paying $300 per ticket and then an additional $250-300 in transportation, airport, and baggage fees.
They say they are an affordable airline but an $800 total for only one-way is not affordable at all.
They also don’t let you book a round-trip when using a credit, so I have $800 of the credit uses and only $500 left to get home with which won’t be enough. So now I have to actually give them more of my money in order to use up the whole credit.
