Hey 👋 I’m British (grew up in partly in St.Pete Fl)my mom is American and I want to make her a special 4th July/birthday meal.
Was thinking homemade mac n cheese, brisket, ham, dressing (what we call it stuffing), I can’t get collared greens so using ‘spring greens’.
I can get stuff online. So I’d love to suggestions of menu and recipes if you’d like to share ☺️ Thank you so much.
She’s about to have heart surgery so I want to make it count. Xxx
