Hi! I've recently decided to try making a stuffed animal using African flowers. I grabbed this image off of Pinterest and have been kinda just going for it. As I've been looking for what to use my flowers for I've noticed in a lot of images that the last round is done using double crochet. Using the image, I've been doing single crochet in the back loop to finish off my flowers. Is this a variation? or just a personal preference? I don't really care either way since I'm gonna finish it the way I've been doing it but it'd be interesting to know whether there is a "correct" method.
