Stress induced physical urticaria
Hi guys
I’ve been to a dermatologist a few times now - thought I had scabies but it has been ruled out and he said it was physical urticaria and dermographisn . I’m really struggling dealing with this atm and was wondering if anyone had any tips?
I’m taking fexofenadkne 180mg like 4 times a day but it doesn’t subside the itching for long
Seeing my dermatologist on Saturday, but any tips would be amazing 🩷🫶
