Is this MAKAUT exam “passing” offer a scam?

Someone contacted me saying that he can make me pass my MAKAUT exam because he has connections with people involved in the examination process.

He is asking for money and claiming that he can guarantee the result. He has also asked for things like login/verification details and says I shouldn't tell anyone.

I haven't paid anything yet.

Has anyone experienced something similar with MAKAUT? Is there any legitimate way someone can influence/change a MAKAUT exam result like this, or is this definitely a scam?

I would appreciate advice from MAKAUT students who know how the examination/result process actually works.
