Topps Series 2 DUPLICATES

Just went through first MegaBox, and besides this auto /99 RC, I got 34 duplicate base cards. I can understand a few, but to get 34 of the exact same pair of cards (no variations), seems like really poor quality control. Has anyone else experienced this?
