Experts in the house

Evening everyone!

I am a new homeowner and am looking for a recommendation.

1/2 acre flat, few trees and obstacles. I live in Louisiana and could basically mow every day from April to Nov and never be ahead.

I don't want a zero turn, as we plan to do some towing, brush removal hauling, along with some pavers and block here and there.

In my area cub cadet is close by, dealer doesn't stock any models which is a downer. Their reputation is great though.

John deere is most expensive and about 45 mins away. I like their S240 model and they have 48 months financing.

I know craftsman is MTD, as is cub cadet. I like the T3200 and may pull the trigger during the current finance deal. Part of me just wants to buy the T4400 , buy once, cry once, maybe get 10 to 12 years out of it. Spread across 10 years, the primary cost of ownership is 13 dollars minus maintenance. Seems to me that if I don't buy the 4400, which really is more than I need twice over, I am leaving a really nice upgrade on the table for 50 cents a day.

I would love to hear some opinions. Either way I will be buying and crying here within the next 10 ish days.
