Full glue down or Nail down with glue assist, engineering hardwood 7.5" wide 6ft planks

I know this has been repeatedly asked in various formats on this forum and I still haven't gotten a majority preferred answer and reasoning. My attempt to find that.

The recommendations I got vary from full glue to floating. I am inclined to full glue or glue assist.

It is a wooden subfloor with crawlspace underneath.

I also see some recommending an underlayment before going full glue down.

Any pro recommendations for this case?

Fix before turning in the lease or wait for HMF charges?

Not sure if they gonna charge me to replace the entire front bumper for this. Wanted to check if anyone had and experience similar to mine.
