So what happens in the following circumstances if one plays out over the new few months or year?

1. State Supreme Court declares the bans unconstitutional. Do gun stores and out of state vendors immediately begin sales or hold off?
2. Supreme Court rules AWBs unconstitutional next June. Do gun stores and vendors restart sales, even to draconian states like California and New Jersey?

I think the offending states will probably have something up their sleeves to circumvent any decision that goes against them.
