

BEWARE: Abby shipped wrong color bag & has ghosted me
After having two positive experiences ordering from Abby, I placed a third order for a red Goyard Mini Anjou as a gift for a friend. I never GL'd the PSP photos, yet the bag was shipped anyway. When I received it, the bag was the wrong color (burgundy instead of red).
I reached out to resolve the issue, but she has not made any effort to correct it and has since stopped responding to my messages. Her only solution is to post the bag to her FB group and even when I asked her more questions regarding that she read my message and ignored me. It’s honestly disappointing to be treated this way as a repeat customer, especially after placing multiple orders.
I'm posting this because I genuinely want to know if anyone else has dealt with something similar recently.
