Over-engineered a cocktail: Filmed a Porn Star Martini with a Shark Slider & RS4 🍸🎥

I decided my classic Porn Star Martini needed the most overkill camera rig possible. So, I strapped a DJI Ronin RS4 to an iFootage Shark slider, and here we are.
Here is the final video, plus a backstage look at the chaos!
The Setup:
Camera: Sony A7S3 + Tamron 28-70mm (S-Log3 @ 100fps for those slow-mo)
Motion: iFootage Shark Slider + DJI Ronin RS4
Lighting: Nanlite Pavotubes (with grid) + an extra diffused light
Honestly, the hardest part was not drinking the prop before I got the lighting dialed in.

No boring cookie shoots allowed. 🍪📸

Did a commercial cookie shoot yesterday with tons of different flavors and sizes. Flatlays get boring fast, so we decided to stack all the takeaway boxes to make the shot pop. Here is how we lit it:

Key (Top): Nanlite Forza 720 in a large 110x90cm softbox. Hard Light (Side): Nanlite Forza 720 with a 36° projector attachment. Camera Nikon Z6II + Nikkor 24-70S F4, 1/60, F9, ISO 320, staking 6photos

The mix of the massive soft overhead and the hard, directional side light gave it the exact texture we were looking for.

I included some bts shots how we fixed all boxes Check my instagram for recent food photos and videos

Captured some incredible Emirati Seafood Trays 🥘 (Plus a BTS look at how I lit it!)

Check out the final videos and a quick BTS! Shooting large-scale local seafood spreads is always a fun challenge. You want to capture the sheer scale of the trays while keeping all the intricate textures of the crab, shrimp, and rice looking appetizing. For the lighting nerds: I lit this using a Nanlite 720 blasting into a 160cm reflective umbrella, paired with a rectangular softbox powered by a second Nanlite 720. I love this setup for large food scenes because the massive modifiers act like a giant window. It gives a soft, wrapping light that makes the food look highly dimensional without blowing out the highlights. Any feedback is welcome!
