So given the remarkable e-mail today stating delivery times longer than normal does that mean we are waiting longer than 4-7 weeks for the Pure?

So I have been trying to cancel my preorder and the online customer service process has been a bit of a mess. First I was told it was cancelled but days later no refund and when I searched for the order it’s still active and awaiting processing. There is no phone number and the case system doesn’t seem to be working. It seems like it should be easier than this….right?

Has anyone heard rationale regarding the preorder launch timing and the 4-7 week shipping delay? Was it intentional to gauge demand and then ramp up production or some other issue in production.
