Upset with customer service
I accepted an 2 order for 60.00 40 items I was about 3-4 miles away from the store I was on the way and the customer texted saying a few items ending up on her order and she didn’t know how or why cat food and a few other things I said no problem once I get to the store I fix it… I walk into the store about to hit start shopping custom message because the address to her work and she made it to her home.. I went to go check immediately no problem. What is your address? I can try to call and get it changed for you. It ends any order get canceled. I’m on the phone with customer service. Because I’m now left with a 5 item order and no telling what the pay will be! Customer service says they can’t tell me the document until I deliver the other order. I said I need to know something because I’m not going to take the other order without knowing what I’m gonna be paid. I didn’t agree to that. Told me if they canceled the order I’ll be suspended for 24 hours and my rating will go down. So basically strong armed to take the small order the lady was like it looks like you will be paid the whole amount tho so just drop it off and it will be there I told her are you sure and to note it with the total… I also ask for a manager but she said they will call me back in a hr none was available… well they call me back and tell me nope sorry I will not be paid anymore then I was given even tho the rep told me I would get full and if I keeped it up i would be deactivated because I asked for corporate info WTF… I was paid 11.00 and not the 60.00 I accepted
