Breast revisions to reduce scaring

Question - Did anyone experience issues with their healing after surgery?

I had a large lumpectomy and the skin in the area died while healing. When my plastic surgeon went in to do my revision he had to take out the dead skin. Because of this he had to work with whatever skin he had left. Unfortunately while I was healing the skin was just too tight and my sutures popped. My skin had to grow back together over a period of 3 months. I now have a large scar area that is about 3 fingers wide. My plastic surgeon says he can reduce the scar during my next revision.

Has anyone had a situation similar to this? If so can we exchange photos so I can see what my breast may look like after the revision? I'm regretting my choice of the lumpectomy and I'm hoping my plastic surgeon can make my breast look semi normal again.
