Hi everyone!

I'm tearing my hair out trying to work out how to fit in an ensuite for this bedroom - I'm buying the house and the current bathroom is quite large so I'd like to steal some space and add an ensuite, but I cannot move the door for the bathroom as the stairs are in the way. I don't mind cutting into the bedroom or the bathroom - help!!

The toilet stack is on the wall where the toilet is indicated, which is the same wall where the wardrobe is in the bedroom.
