In a 3 bed 2 bath apartment, you would have your own room and share a bathroom with 1 person(female)! Tons of natural lighting and a huge closet. Currently the lease is month to month but roommates are interested in a year lease.
In unit laundry, only utilities are WiFi and gas which are about $50 a month combined. Will need security deposit upfront ($1733) and first months rent. Please pm me for more info/pics !
