Can I select my Companion’s Seat now?
I have the Southwest Plus card and noticed I am able to select my seat 48 hrs before departure and was able to do so. I also have the companion pass and I got their flight at the same time as me. I would think that I am able to select the companion seat now but I can't find a way to. Oddly my account acts as if I didn't select a companion for this trip.
On their account it does confirm they have a companion pass but when I go to select the seats it says it won't be available until 48 hrs before the departure, which is now. Is there a way I can get my companions seat now or is this a glitch and I need to wait until 24hrs before departure?
