I used the Flexible support Fund to pay for my SIA licence application and I gave the receipt in the same day (27/04/2026) but I had a message in my journal today (18/05/2026) saying I need to bring it in I had explained that I already had and was given an email to submit photos of the receipt to at my own risk, should I be concerned? I’m very confused as to what’s happened here as I went in and gave the receipt to a staff member to give to my work coach.
