I just trashed GCASH Ticket service that users are supposed to go to when they have a problem.

Recently, I lost a significant (for me) GCRYPTO trading wallet and filed ticket 3 times all for naught. That service just kept putting me on a fuitless merry-go-round. It did nothing but wasted my time.

Now, I have just decided to trash this service once and for all and will soon opt out of GCRYPTO and maybe shift to some other user-friendly wallet. Maya? Any suggestion?

This is a warning for those interested or are already into to GCRYPTO.

I recently top-upped my trading wallet via PDAX with a fairly significant sum and put the amount on limit-buy for Ethereum. The amount appeared in my trading wallet but disappeared after a few days but not reflected on Ethereum holding.

I don't think the problem is with PDAX since it only serves to load the trading wallet from a user source fund, usually GCASH.

To date, GCASH hasn't fixed my issue via its disappointing, inept, useless ticket service.

I 'd say think twice before getting inyo GCRYPTO! Find another reliable and dependable trading outfit if you can.

I am now truly. firmly, honestly disappointed with GCASH Ticket service. It seems to me that it is just a pay-lip service and not really doing anything to help resolve a user issue. Once the service offers a solution it does not even wait for the result. Give or take a day or two..then the ticket is closed.

Where is the service's persistence and concern for the users?

GCASH ought to review if this service brings honor to the company or just a fake facade to show that GCASH cares but it in reality doesn't.

Just submitted a ticket for lost topup via PDAX. The fund was intended for limit order for Ethereum and was sitting there waiting for the right price. Fund was lost so I filed a ticket, provided supporting docs. So far, after more than a week, the ticket service hasn't returned any result.

Is this service useful at all? Any thoughts from the community?
