
Vegan lasagna I made with my gf
Idk if I should tag this with yes recipe or no recipe, since we kinda eyeballed it, but here it goes.
Ingredients:
- Vegan cheese
- Lasagna pasta
- Stuffing
- Cans chopped tomatoes
- Big carrots
- Big parsley root
- g champignons
- g of meat substitute (can be tofu, we used store bought faux minced meat)
- garlic cloves
Method:
2A. Preheat the oven at 180C.
2B. After that time cut champignons, roast them and add them to the stuffing. Roast the meat substitute and add it as well. Add spicy pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
In a small pot mix oil, flour and nutmeg and simmer while mixing, until the flour starts to turn darker. Add vegan milk and continue stirring. You can increase the heat, but make sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pot. When the mixture starts to thicken you can turn off the burner and add yeast flakes.
For preparation just layer the ingredients in an ovenproof dish however you want. We did white sauce>pasta>stuffing>repeat ending on white sauce.
Bake first for 40 mins while covered. After that take the cover off, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15-20 mins more. Hopefully your cheese will melt correctly.
