Made pizza from scratch!!!

It's a two cheese-garlic-brocolli pizza with stuffed cheddar crust! My whole family agreed it was better than anything we can buy around here xD

First try of "cinnamon rolls" but it's bread (i LOVE bread)

I still need a way to give it a good shape, but bread dough with cinnamon and dry zest orange powder, and butter+sugar+cinnamon cream. Maybe one of the best thing I have ever made

Beeeeeeeer and mushrooms sauce pasta :33

As almost always, in my favorite plateeee:3

I used basic white mushrooms (do they even have specific name? I'm bad with english names for mushrooms lol), (dark) beeeeeeeer :3, pasta, comté cheese and some heavy cream and butter

I need to work on it again cuz the sauce broke (bad), and the alcohol didn't evaporate fully from it (kinda good). Also I don't remember proportions cuz I drank like 1/4 of the beer bottle that I was using for itttt

Next time I'll try to write the recipe, and maybe one day it will be good enough to serve to my crush :33

Slow-cooked beans with squash and pancetta, green rice

Turned out well, might have made a bit too much of it though.

Dinner I made for my family

Haiiii I made this for dinner earlier.

It's Milanesas de pollo (essentially a chicken schnitzel), some saldad (lettuce, peppers and tomatoes) and some fussili in a cream and tomato sauce :3

I hope one day I can prepare this for my girlfriend 🥺

(I really really love her)

Okay, what kitchen gadgets are actually worth it?

Hey y'all! I'm really trying to cook more at home these days, especially on busy weeknights. There are so many kitchen gadgets out there, and it's hard to tell what's genuinely helpful versus just another thing to store. What's something you've bought that seriously leveled up your cooking or just made life way easier?

Yummy turkey cheeseburger with broccoli rabe

Wifey asked for a low-sodium preparation, and this one is too yummy to share. So, if you've been shopping lately, then you've noticed that hamburger meat is expensive.af now. But ground turkey is roughly half the price. Why? Well, it doesn't cook up quite the same, unless you really know what you're doing.

Yummy turkey cheeseburger recipe:

1 lbs ground turkey 93/7 mix (don't go fat-less)

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. white pepper

1/4 cup panko

1 egg

1/8th cup fresh chopped parsley

Mix them up, make patties, and drop onto the griddle. Sear each side before flipping. When the patties feel firm, they are probably done.

Broccoli rabe:

Baby Broccoli

2 tbsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp garlic/basil/lemon mix (Badia sells this)

2 tbsp olive oil

Bring saltwater to a boil and cook your broccoli for three minutes, then strain, rinse in cold water, and refill the pot with cold water and ice to blanch the broccoli for another 3 minutes.

Drop your olive oil into a pan or griddle, along with the broccoli and the other ingredients.

meatballs :3

i made the tomato sauce myself but the meatballs are shop-bought, as is the pasta obviously

  1. 2 tins of chopped tomatos in a big pot

  2. lots of salt

  3. some garlic pureé and two big squeezes of tomato pureé

  4. chop and fry and onion, then add it to the pot

  5. youll probably need more salt

  6. oregano, and some pepper

  7. let that bubble away slowly

  8. fry off the meatballs at a high temperature, you just want them to brown on the outside

  9. meatballs in pot, then pot in over at about 160°C, it can rest there for up to two hours

once youre almost ready to serve:

  1. boil a kettle of water

  2. water in pot, lots of salt, then throw the pasta in

  3. cook the pasta until its as soft as you want it to be, stirring every now and then

  4. take a cup of the starchy pasta water and put it aside

  5. strain the pasta, then put it back in the pot

  6. pour the cup of water back over the pasta, its a bit thirsty and needs a drink

  7. serve and enjoy!
