Thank you
I haven't been able to even consider starting my transition because of *gestures broadly at the US*, and a big way that I've been coping lately is getting way back into cooking. I trained as a chef way back, but then kind of stopped because of busyness and depression. Being able to share my work in a community I hope to one day be a part of has helped me beyond words. I was at quite possibly the lowest I've ever been before finding this subreddit. Thank you all so much
Rob Madge appreciation thread
I saw Les Mis at Radio City last Friday, and it was incredible. All the stars and ensemble did an amazing job. I could rave for hours about Alfie Boe, Bradley Jaden, Shan Ako, Samantha Barks, and Marina Prior, but you expect them to own the stage. Of the ensemble, the standout for me was Rob Madge, who played Bamatabois (the one who attacks Fantine) and a courtier in the "Beggar at the Feast" scene. They absolutely stole the few scenes they were in, and I really hope to see a lot more from them in the future. I didn't realize until looking them up afterwards that they also played Gavroche in the O2 concert, which was my first exposure to Les Mis.
Homemade dulce de leche cookies and cream ice cream!
The Museum of Broadway was really cool, but nothing could have prepared me for Olaf. Huge and horrifying
Homemade coffee and chocolate ice creams! Not the prettiest picture, but so delicious
Picked this up used like-new for $400, and couldn't be happier.
I've been looking for a koa, non-amplified acoustic for ages, but I missed the drop of this model. Luckily, I stumbled across a listing on Reverb for $550 and haggled down to $400. I know that's the new price of this model, but I honestly don't think my sample has been played more than once or twice. Needless to say, I'm over the moon. Looks and sounds beautiful, plays great, and embodies everything I've ever wanted in an acoustic
Does anyone have mp3s/m4bs of the Harper Audio narrations?
I lost my files of the Harper Audio versions of CoN recently, and can't find a good copy online. Having bought old CDs in the past, I don't feel confident that a box set from the 90s would be in particularly good shape. And I can't buy the files for low download anywhere. I really want to have a copy of these that is unaffected by server outages.
Thanks in advance!!
I can't crosspost for some reason, but holy shit. What the fuck are we doing here?
reddit.comI know it's been asked before, but I've seen no updates on the Kobra 3 Max or Kobra X lately.
Is there any news on this? Anycubic Slicer Next is so far behind on so many features. I was spoiled by being able to use Orca for my Kobra 2 Max, and I haven't been able to use any of the stuff I became accustomed to since switching printers. I remember a post in the Github about a year ago claiming to have gotten the 3 Max up and running, but nothing has been implemented in Orca yet. I've tried all of the workarounds people have posted about (Rinkhals, custom profiles, .json files, etc.), and nothing has worked yet.
