What's everyone's favorite lemon curd dessert? (Without heavy whipping cream)

Just got a toaster oven a few months ago, which means I can start making baked goods! I'm more of a cook than a baker but I really want to make something with lemon curd. Also sadly heavy cream is not sold in my country.

How do I start wanting to be around people or make friends?

I'm good at making new friends, usually regarding hobby or work related reasons. Eventually I get bored or annoyed with their company and cut them off. Does anyone have tips for actually WANTING to making lasting connections?

Egg & Rice Bowl + caffeine <3

I was in a hurry this morning but I'm happy with the results. Really struggling with my arthritis and tendinopathy, but at least I can still cook. My issues with hand strength are basically the only thing making me really consider not taking estrogen. I can't even type for more than like an hour a day and I really don't want that to get worse.

Mandarin on Mars

I am so thankful CBB used 漢字(hanzi/chinese characters) in so many scenes because it is the longest continuously used writing system on the planet. I also appreciate that not only Mandarin, but also Cantonese, Korean, English, Persian, Russian, Spanish etc is used in this show. The acknowledgement of a futuristic multi-cultural human society really helps with making the anime feel grounded.

What languages do you think humanity would be speaking after colonizing other planets?

I'm just starting my analasys of Cowboy Bebop in regards to retro-futurism themes. I think the core of how CBB imagines the future is depicting subjects that will never change no matter how many years pass and that define the human experience, mainly the four following subjects:

reliance on technology

addictions

culture

and our individual insignifigance in the world

50/50 apple cider viniger, two palm fulls of salt, about a quarter cup soy sauce, whole pealed garlic, and onion petals.

What are your thoughts? I would have made it spicy but my partner doesnt like spicy
