Yummy turkey cheeseburger with broccoli rabe

Yummy turkey cheeseburger with broccoli rabe

Wifey asked for a low-sodium preparation, and this one is too yummy to share. So, if you've been shopping lately, then you've noticed that hamburger meat is expensive.af now. But ground turkey is roughly half the price. Why? Well, it doesn't cook up quite the same, unless you really know what you're doing.

Yummy turkey cheeseburger recipe:

1 lbs ground turkey 93/7 mix (don't go fat-less)

1 tsp. paprika

1 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. white pepper

1/4 cup panko

1 egg

1/8th cup fresh chopped parsley

Mix them up, make patties, and drop onto the griddle. Sear each side before flipping. When the patties feel firm, they are probably done.

Broccoli rabe:

Baby Broccoli

2 tbsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp garlic/basil/lemon mix (Badia sells this)

2 tbsp olive oil

Bring saltwater to a boil and cook your broccoli for three minutes, then strain, rinse in cold water, and refill the pot with cold water and ice to blanch the broccoli for another 3 minutes.

Drop your olive oil into a pan or griddle, along with the broccoli and the other ingredients.

Sea bass with mushroom fried rice

Wifey approved this dish so I'm going to share the recipe. I made the fish very simply since the rice is very flavor forward.

Sea bass:

Keep a timer nearby for this. Preheat the oven to 400 and place one rack at the top. Heat a cast-iron pan to medium-high. Season the fish skin with salt and pepper, flip over, and pat down the top with a paper towel. Season the top with juice from half a lemon first, then sunflower (or olive) oil, sea salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into the pan and drop the sea bass skin-first into the pan for five minutes. Flip and cook the top for 5 minutes. Flip again and cook for 5 more minutes. At this point, slice 2 tbsp of butter into thinner chunks and put all over the top, squeeze the other half of the lemon on top, and put into the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and leave in the pan with no heat for 5 minutes before serving.

Mushroom fried rice:

Make 1 1/2 cups of sushi rice and set aside (do not forget to pre-rinse the rice before cooking). Dice one small white onion and sauté in sesame oil until lightly browned, set aside. Slice the bottom off one package of white shimeji mushrooms and sauté in sesame oil, then set aside.

Put the onions back on the griddle, top with the rice, apply sesame oil and soy sauce to the rice, clear a circle in the middle, and crack one egg in there, stir it up, and let it cook for 1 minute, then stir it into the rice. Add 2 tbsp of red chili pepper flakes, 3 scoops of chicken powder, a tbsp of MSG, and mix all of it together until the rice has a nice uniform color and consistency. Once the rice is mixed well, add your mushrooms back in with bean sprouts and half a green onion chopped. Mix it again until the dish looks uniform, then crack one more egg onto a bare part of the grill and fry it until it is cooked well, then mix it into the fried rice.

Scoop the rice into a bowl, turn it upside down on your plate, and top with black sesame seeds.

After a week of eating mostly bad for you stuff, this is my inner timeline cleanse. Fortunately, it turns out that pineapple, dates, berry granola and almond butter with brown sugar and cinnamon is a really yummy combination in oatmeal.

^(Came across this bigender Demon Knight and thought I'd share. Has anyone read this comic???)

"It was initially assumed that Ystin was a girl who adjusted her name and fashion to pretend she was a boy because girls could not become knights.^([4]) It was later established that Ystin identified themselves as "not just a man or a woman. I'm both".^([6])^(")
