It's time for a bowl again
Grilled salmon, omelet, carrot sticks, avocado slices, toasted pita bread pieces. Rice underneath. It was filling and stopped the cravings.
Everything I whipped up for the Eurovision finals
Espresso Martinis, Aperol Spritz, Midori Illusions and Piña Colada. Also had some cider and a few shots of apricot schnapps, but they don't look that well. Have a wonderful night!
DÖNER
Everything you could ask for on a cold Tuesday night. Or Wednesday night. Or Thursday. Doesn't matter actually. Döner everyday.
I have the Slaw, I have the Wings
I messed up big time. Mayo wouldn't come together, wings were still frozen solid. Had to adapt and improvise to overcome my own stupidity. At least I succeeded at fixing my own mistakes. :')
My mom traditionally makes a really hearty beef stew with lots of red onions, smokey pork belly and some mustard each Christmas, but since beef is expensive I often substitute the beef with chicken when making my own. The beef version also stays a seasonal highlight that way.
Because the tofu tasted foolingly meat-like today. Shredded smoked tofu with dark and light soy sauce, garlic, sweet paprika, black pepper, barbecue sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil and that's about it. Stuffed inside a zucchini again. :3
Three years ago, my roommate would mess up Beef Stroganoff big time. For a few months now, I considered re-making this dish myself as a celebration dinner if I ever should get my job immunity. Today is the day.
