I have a bachelor’s degree in computer “engineering” and currently working in I.T (first month working since graduating in january). Do I need a UPDA license for programming/IT/tech jobs or not? The HR in my company doesn’t know and I googled and found nothing informative.

Edit: I graduated from a Turkish university in Istanbul.

my signals exam for the license is tomorrow morning, if i memorized the questions from the syaqah app test would that be enough? any one did the exam lately has experience with that?
