About half a month ago I asked about tips for a newcomer to BL1 which really helped a lot, I had fun and been thinking about picking up Bl2 soon. Im not itching to play it but im also not opposed to playing it after a small break either so figured I'd ask for some tips to be safe.
I already know stuff like golden keys and multiple playthrough so mostly just curious about what I should keep in mind thats new in BL2 and possibly beyond if applicable so Im not constantly asking for tips for every entry.
To clarify this is purely a 1 playthrough solo run, not gonna replay anytime soon but will likely do majority of content including DLC. As for a vault hunter I'm leaning towards Gaige because it never hurts to have a summonable ally playing solo, Bloodwing was very helpful on my BL1 Mordecai run, so any tips for her in terms of weapons to look out for or skills are nice too.
