Was good... Till I upgraded would think again if you are considering joining

So here's the back story

Been with youfibre since April last year. You1000 £34 quid. The original router they sent me wouldn't let me split 2.5 and 5 so they sent me a different one and whilst it wasn't WiFi6/7 I saw speeds of around 750-800 on all devices.

Last month I recommitted to you2000 for £30!! Got my new shiny WiFi 7 router. No matter what I do I can't get past 800mbps on any device even WiFi 7 compatible. I've tried everything using standard, splitting, etc but nothing works.

Now customer service has taken to just blanking me even though they said they had escalated it.

Anyone seeing this issue?

Edit2. Thanks all I've ordered some forward controls coming in the week will fit and report back! Edit. I'm UK based and 5'9 for height questions

This is my new to me xl883n 2014. I f*ckin love it.

I do get hip pain after riding for about 30 minutes and when I get off walking is a bit stiff. I'm not sure if it's the seat or if forward controls/highway pegs is a better option! If I scoot back to perching on the passenger section I get some relief.

What are your thoughts/hip painers what have you done?

Background. I do have pretty sh*t hips, I can't get my leg over the bike easily and I've never been even slightly flexible. I have a re 350 classic and the touring seat on that has helped any pain I get on that but even before that it was nothing like on the iron.
