I got my first piercing (a simple lobe piercing) a few hours ago. On my after care card that they gave me, it said to rotate the earring 2-3 times a day while cleansing so that the earring does not adhere to the ears, and that I should be cleansing 2-3 times a day anyway. However, when I searched it up, it said it was not advised to do this. What should I do?

I don’t know if the creator took it down or if I unfavorited it or something. If anybody knows the guy’s user, I’d be really happy. Thanks!
