UPDATE: SOLVED

When importing some clips I get this weird artifact going on, with almost every clip. I have everything updated to the latest version, and I'm using H.264 files.

Any idea how to fix?

Super grateful for any suggestions

Downloaded video with ytdlp, issues only appear in Premiere, not the actual footage.
