The scammer came back a second time. He last tried to extort me in march. He actually sent my masturbation video to friends/family on both messenger and instagram. BOTH TIMES. I inactived my accounts however messenger still up. Reported him. Think the video disappeared? Because I can’t see it after I blocked him.

Is there anything else I can do to stay safe? I want to activate my instagram account. Can he still tag me/friends on insta if im private?
