Anyone experienced hyperpigmentation on their body after liposuction? I got arm lipo and have it all over my arms. (I’m 8 weeks post op). Any tips or tricks to get it to go away?

I went to a consultation for chin lipo and the surgeon told me I don’t really have a pocket of fat under my chin (which I feel like I do, these photos for reference. He said I could do it if I wanted, but that the result would barely even be noticeable.
I thought maybe it’s loose skin and he said it isn’t that either, I wouldn’t need skin tightening there.
I’m a litttle bummed with his response because I do definitely feel like I have a double chin, I just don’t want to waste my money if he thinks it really won’t make a difference. Should I still go through with it?

I’ve even gone to med spas and they’ve told me I have fullness under my chin, so if I’d like to look into kybella. Which is why I figured let me do something more promising like chin lipo.
