DTF Printer
I have a Digital Heat FX 12H2 DTF printer. This piece of equipment is the bane of my existence. In the past week we have run into several issue. I have ended up replacing the head board, one of two print heads, all four ribbon cables and have flushed all nozzles. The techs through the company where we purchased the machine are stumped and basically have me jumping through hoops with suggestions of replacing multiple expensive parts with only questions as to whether or not those parts are causing the problem.
The problem you ask? Both print heads are smearing nice long smear lines across the film. This was not a problem until I replaced the head board this morning and they (the techs) updated and reloaded my parameters. Any experienced with the 12H2? Any suggestions?
Prior to replacing the board Head 1 printed fine. Now both are doing this smear campaign.. Shaking my head but completely at a standstill business wise. TIA
