Can't figure out whether my flight has been cancelled
Hi everyone
I am flying from Frankfurt to Shanghai via Abu Dhabi (and back from Beijing) in late June. Of the 4 legs, 3 are managed by Etihad and the one from Abu Dhabi to Shanghai is managed by China Eastern (flight code not starting with EY but with MU). Anyway, I received an email from China Eastern saying that the flight has been cancelled and that I should asking for rebooking/refund, but on the "Manage your flight" section of Etihad the journey seems unaffected and all the 4 flights have a EY Etihad code.
Unfortunately I cannot call the helpline any time soon but any chat assistance has told me to just wait for an email from Etihad.
I'm just very confused by the whole situation, should I just wait and do nothing? Is is normal that the website displays something different than my confirmation booking email?
