I have been following the Area 51 podcast for a while and I have to say their latest episode is quite eye opening. Talks about H-1B worker rights and how they are being violated. Must watch!
They cover red flags to look out for, how to protect yourself and collect evidence if you are in this situation. I often hear stories about consulting body shops that do this but I didn’t know it was this bad. Jay Palmer the whistleblower even talks about sexual misconduct against women in some cases. It’s insane! There’s an interesting section where the host Rahul asks about Indians being on both sides, creating the problem and being the ones who are being exploited the most. I don’t know why, but that troubled me a lot.
