So Ive been using the same monthly contact lenses for about 7 years and over last few months my eyes have not liked them. I put a pair in yesterday and woke up this morning with one eye being irritated and had to take them out. This been happening frequently - and isnt localised to one particular eye. Ive resorted to wearing glasses for the majority of the last few months and not sure what is going on here?

Got 2 chicken breasts sitting in the fridge that I dont really want to throw away. What are some tasty meal ideas that I could incorporate them into?
