Called out 7 hours before my shift tomorrow due to vomiting from my chronic migraines and my SM is telling me I need to find coverage for it and that I didn’t give enough time. I’m a 4 year partner who was laid off and came back recently under a new store and i’ve never had this issue. Am I in the wrong under this situation or am I being cornered into coming in while I’m sick???
