Help understanding Chart - Advice
Hello everyone. I'm new to using Inito after 2 years of TTC while having PCOS/PMOS. I got my Initio a little late in my cycle but I wanted to start understanding so I started testing on cycle D10. I was hoping you all can give me some advice/tips/things to look out for especially from anyone with any type of PCOS/PMOS.
Chart added for thoughts/guidance in what's going on. :)
Also: if anyone could explain any of the acronyms this group uses that I've been seeing that would be super helpful as well!
