Hey fellow terps!

I've already started thinking about the next career fair this coming fall and reflected back on my previous experience.

For some context, this was my first year as a CS major, and I'll be graduating in 2028. When I went to the fair, I was trying my best by asking questions about the companies (more generalized like "what is X company about?" "What's your role, what do you do and enjoy here" etc.), but overall I felt completely lost.

I'm not a shy person at all, and I know I can do better in the next fair. I just want to hear you guys' approach to how you should go about these fairs. What questions to ask, what things I should look out for, how to present myself, and any other super specific tips you guys have.

Is there something I'm missing? And what the hell do they mean by "A video review of the cameras in the area is underway" in a bathroom situation? 😂
