Alright so I'll start by saying we're rather young (high school). I'm a girl and the person in this pre-situationship situation is a guy. Now, we don't know each other very well but from the interactions we've had and what a mutual friend has told me about him I know that he's a good guy. Smart, nice, respectful, and I think he's good looking too
So I asked him out, because why not and it was a slow Friday. He was actually pretty nice but said he didn't know (I'm assuming he just never thought of me that way, we aren't in the same social circles, just share many classes). I told him to just let me know when he decided (no big deal from my perspective). When he got back to me he said
So the answer to your question is no I don't want to date, at least not right now.
I did ask if he just didn't want to date anyone or if he just didn't want to date me rn. He said it was just in general. We told each other to have a good one, and that was it.
Now it's a matter of how long am I willing to wait on a chance. He looks at me all the time now but idk. I think I still like him so what should I do? I think I'll hold out hope till end of summer (might forget though lol) and then whatever. I just don't want this turning into a situationship because I'm too old young for that sh*t.
