Step 4 and Dreams
I have been working pretty hard on Step 4, and find that I have been having vivid dreams involving people I have not consciously thought about in some time. These dreams are not all bad, and they don’t necessarily include people I may have hurt or hold resentments against. But I find it interesting. Did anyone else have similar dream experiences when working on Step 4?
