Some idiot decided it was a great idea to stop fully in the fast lane for no reason today on m4 near Weston airport. Very lucky to not rear end him and be rear ended myself. Sorry to everyone behind me for my serve and hard braking. Didn't get a chance to see if everyone else avoided him. Did anyone see the incident around 4.30pm heading west ?
