My 24 yr old son found a short term rental (up to 3 month) apartment in the old Little Grand Hotel. He arrived this morning to meet the property manager and he told my son his bank transfer hasn’t arrived yet and he can’t occupy the apartment yet. He’s in a hotel room across the street now but he and we are very worried he was scammed. The only name for the landlord is Hotel Eindhoven BV. My husband is in contact with our bank here in the states to get a receipt confirmation for the 2 months of rent + deposit, but so far no word. It was sent Friday, May 1. Does anyone have any information about the building formerly known as Little Grand Hotel? Was my son scammed? Thanks.
