I have an international shipment coming from the u.s. that’s been stuck at the memphis hub with “clearance in progress” for about 13 business days. It’s a consolidated shipment of 8 video games in one box all purchased individually from different sellers on ebay dating back to last year which had been in storage.

Sender opened support ticket 1 week ago, fedex just said wait. Been waiting it out to see if it clears on it's own but nothing, only an endless clearance in progess loop which i understand is automated, not an actual physical scan.

Is this normal?

Has anyone had something similar?

At what point did your shipment finally clear (if it did)?

Appreciate any insight.
