Hey everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2026-2027 term at The Hudson right in Northgate. It’s for a C3 floor plan (3 bed/3 bath), so you get your own private bedroom and bathroom in an upscale building literally two blocks from campus. Base rent is $1,099/month. To make it a better deal, I’m willing to cover the relet fees and pay $400 toward your first month’s rent.

The unit is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer. If you want to see exactly what the place looks like, I have a video tour link you can check out. It’s currently a random placement, but if you sign soon you can use their roommate matching program to find people. Garage parking is available too if you need it. It is a Tower 4x4 Large unit, so you get your own private bed/bath with the largest 4-bedroom layout they offer. Base rent is $875. I’m willing to pay the relet fee and I'll cover half of your first month's rent to get this moved quickly.

It is currently a random placement, so you'll be able to use the RoomSync program to find roommates if you hop on this before the May 31st deadline. After that, the complex handles the matching based on availability. For parking, they have surface spots for $30/mo or garage spots for $50/mo on a first-come, first-serve basis.
