So I'm a new hire, currently in my third or fourth week as a PH. I'm scheduled for 31.50 hours per week, but every week I get cut early, two days out of the week. Meanwhile, everyone stays and works their full 6 to 8 hours.

The $200 to $300 paychecks aren't enough. I work hard and smart, and my coworkers throughout the warehouse are aware that I can do my job fairly well, but how can I bring this to my managers' attention?
