Has anyone else ever had optimal scores AND major signs warning in the same day?? This is one of my best readiness/sleep combos ever and yet I am very confused by the strain alert. I have only had major signs a couple of times in the last year and I was clearly sick each time. I think I feel fine but now I’m starting to second guess myself 🫠
